What we collect

When you send a transfer request we collect your name, email, phone number, journey details, flight number, passenger and luggage numbers, child seat needs and any notes you add.

Why we use it

• To check availability, prepare a price and confirm your transfer.
• To contact you about your journey, including on the day of travel.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Who can see it

Only the operator's authorised staff can access booking data. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept only as long as needed for the transfer and for legal accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone at +30 694 561 3338. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
